The 44th annual Aynor Harvest Hoe-Down Festival is back in 2024! Far from their humble 1,000-guest beginnings in 1979, the festival now draws crowds of nearly 30,000 attendees. Art in the Park is an artist-run event held in Myrtle Beach since 1972. Art in the Park takes place three times annually, once in early spring and twice in fall once the weather has cooled off. Artists and art lovers come from around the country to view and purchase works of art in a variety of mediums including paintings, sculptures, woodworking, photography, jewelry, fabric, glass, metal, pottery, stone, mixed media and more! Taste of the Town Myrtle Beach features the Grand Strand’s finest restaurants competing for culinary awards. Visitors reap the benefits of the competitions, with each restaurant offering their best dishes for sale – you can truly get a taste of the town of Myrtle Beach all in one place at this fall event in Myrtle Beach. Online ticket sales have ended for this year’s event, but are still available at the door on the day of the event for $8. Kids 14 and under are free.

This annual fundraiser in Murrells Inlet allows guests to roam the Lowcountry Zoo at Brookgreen Gardens with delicious local brews in-hand. While the 2024 date has yet to be announced, this fall event typically takes place in early November to ensure cool weather perfect for an afternoon outdoors with live music, food vendors, and full size beer and wine available for purchase.

The annual Myrtle Beach Veterans Day Ceremony will be held again this year on November 11, 2024. Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place on the plaza in front of the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. This ceremony typically includes speakers, a rendition of the National Anthem, and a recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance.

This annual event kicks off the holiday season in Myrtle Beach. The Broadway at the Beach Tree Lighting typically takes place on the second Saturday of November, though 2024’s date has yet to be announced.
